Organic tofu, rice cake, and vermicelli, in a slightly spicy tamarind-peanut sauce.  

Mie Ayam $13

Hand-cut noodles with chicken, spiced with ginger, shallot and sweet soy. Served with crispy wonton wrapper and, as always, sambal. 

Ayam Betutu  $18

Balinese-style slow-cooked chicken. Marinated and cooked in lemongrass, turmeric, galangal, kencur, ginger, candlenut, chili and more. Served with turmeric-spiced Jasmine rice and a side of Buncis Pelecing, long beans with Balinese spices.
